It includes cleaning every room, wiping down surfaces, cleaning kitchen appliances, washing windows, and sanitizing bathrooms.
2. Is this service available for both renters and homeowners?
Yes, we offer move-in/move-out cleaning for both renters and homeowners to ensure a fresh start ‘and/or” a spotless final impression.
3. How long does the move-in/move-out cleaning take?
It typically takes 3-5 hours, depending on the size of the property and its condition.
4. Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, not for the move-in/move-out cleaning. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete the job.
5. Is there any cleaning service that the company does not provide?
Yes. we do have some exclusions, including: Cleaning tasks that require more than a 2-step ladder Items weighting over 25 lbs Chandeliers Pet waste or pet residuals These policies are in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and well-being of our team
6. Should I be present during the cleaning?
It’s not necessary to be home during the cleaning, though you’re welcome to be there.
